Please read this information carefully! This pages contains important information about the registration process and cancellation policy.

1. Overview of registration process
- All teams intending to participate in RCAP 2025 must complete the pre-registration by 31 July 2025.
- Qualified teams will be noticed by 8 August 2025
- Qualified teams need to complete the registration fee payment and final submission by 14 September 2025.
2. Pre-Registration (For All Teams: 1 – 31 July 2025)
- All teams are required to submit the necessary documents for pre-registration. Please refer to the specific requirements listed under each league to ensure you provide the correct documents.
3. Final Submission (Only for Qualified Teams: 9 August – 14 20 September 2025)
- Qualified teams will be notified by 8 August 2025. Upon notification, teams must complete the final submission, which includes the following:
- Proof of payment (only if payment was not made via PayPal)
- One team photo
- Team Description Paper (TDP) – Required for Major Leagues, RCJ Secondary, and RCAP U19 teams (if not already submitted during pre-registration)
- Team Learning Journal – Required for RCJ Primary and RCAP U12 teams (if not already submitted during pre-registration)
4. Payment Method
- PayPal or Bank Transfer
- Teams are required to capture proof of successful payment and include it with the other documents during the Final Submission.
5. Visa and Cancellation Policy
- Participants from certain countries will require a visa to enter UAE.
- An Invitation Letter will be issued to a team member only after the team has completed the Final Submission and payment has been received. No exceptions will be made.
- Please ensure your participation is confirmed before making any payment, as registration fees are non-refundable.
