RoboCup@Home
The RoboCup@Home league aims to develop service and assistive robot technology with high relevance for future personal domestic applications. It is the largest international annual competition for autonomous service robots and is part of the RoboCup initiative. A set of benchmark tests is used to evaluate the robots’ abilities and performance in a realistic non-standardized home environment setting. Focus lies on the following domains but is not limited to: Human-Robot-Interaction and Cooperation, Navigation and Mapping in dynamic environments, Computer Vision and Object Recognition under natural light conditions, Object Manipulation, Adaptive Behaviors, Behavior Integration, Ambient Intelligence, Standardization and System Integration. It is colocated with the RoboCup symposium.

5. Registration Process
- All teams intend to participate in RCAP 2025 are required to complete the pre-registration before
31 July 202530 September 2025. - Qualified teams will be notified by
8 August 20253 0ctober 2025. - Qualified teams need to complete the registration fee payment and the final submission by
14 September 20258 0ctober 2025.
6. Pre-Registration
- Steps for pre-registration:
- Download the pre-registration form RCAP2025-MAJOR-Pre-Registration.xlsx
- Fill up the RCAP2025-MAJOR-Pre-Registration.xlsx.
- Prepare the qualification materials.
- Submit the above documents and complete the PRE-REGISTRATION before
31 July 202530 September 2025.
7. Final Submission
- Steps for final submission:
- Make a copy of the proof of payment
- Prepare one team photo
- Prepare qualification material not yet submitted during pre-registration
- Submit the above documents and complete the FINAL-REGISTRATION (link to registration page) before
14 September 20258 0ctober 2025.
- Kindly note:
- Completing the final submission by 14 September will help you avoid the high registration fee.
- Registration confirmation will be issued to all participating teams upon successful completion of the registration process.
8. RCAP Influencer Award
- The RCAP Influencer Award (Link to Influencer Award Document) will be presented to the teams whose presentation videos receive the highest evaluation in their respective category on the RCAP Academy Official YouTube channel.
