RCAP CoSpace Challenge

The RCAP CoSpace Challenge consists of two sub-leagues: CoSpace Rescue Challenge and CoSpace Autonomous Delivery (ADL) Challenge. In the Rescue Challenge, teams develop strategies for both real and virtual autonomous robots to navigate, search, and collect objects in a shared CoSpace environment, competing head-to-head with another team. This challenge emphasizes path planning and search algorithms. In the ADL Challenge, teams combine mobile robotics with supply chain management by programming robots to perform fast and autonomous parcel deliveries in last-mile and smart city scenarios.

5. Registration Process

• All teams intend to participate in RCAP 2025 are required to complete the pre-registration before 31 July 2025 30 September 2025.
• Qualified teams will be notified by 8 August 2025 3 0ctober 2025.
• Qualified teams need to complete the registration fee payment and the final submission by 14 September 2025 8 0ctober 2025.

6. Pre-Registration

• Steps for pre-registration:
  • Download the pre-registration form RCAP2025-MAJOR-Pre-Registration.xlsx
  • Fill up the RCAP2025-MAJOR-Pre-Registration.xlsx.
  • Prepare the qualification materials.
  • Submit the above documents and complete the PRE-REGISTRATION before 31 July 2025 30 September 2025.

7. Final Submission

• Steps for final submission:
  • Make a copy of the proof of payment
  • Prepare one team photo
  • Prepare qualification material not yet submitted during pre-registration
  • Submit the above documents and complete the FINAL-REGISTRATION (link to registration page) before 14 September 2025 8 0ctober 2025.
• Kindly note:
  • Completing the final submission by 14 September will help you avoid the high registration fee.
  • Registration confirmation will be issued to all participating teams upon successful completion of the registration process.

8. RCAP Influencer Award

• The RCAP Influencer Award (Link to Influencer Award Document) will be presented to the teams whose presentation videos receive the highest evaluation in their respective category on the RCAP Academy Official YouTube channel.
