RoboCupSoccer Humanoid League
In the RoboCupSoccer Humanoid League, autonomous robots with a human-like body plan and human-like senses play soccer against each other. Unlike humanoid robots outside the Humanoid League the task of perception and world modeling is not simplified by using non-human like range sensors. In addition to soccer competitions technical challenges take place. Dynamic walking, running, and kicking the ball while maintaining balance, visual perception of the ball, other players, and the field, self-localization, and team play are among the many research issues investigated in the Humanoid League.

5. Registration Process
- All teams intend to participate in RCAP 2025 are required to complete the pre-registration before
31 July 202530 September 2025. - Qualified teams will be notified by
8 August 20253 0ctober 2025. - Qualified teams need to complete the registration fee payment and the final submission by
14 September 20258 0ctober 2025.
6. Pre-Registration
- Steps for pre-registration:
- Download the pre-registration form RCAP2025-MAJOR-Pre-Registration.xlsx
- Fill up the RCAP2025-MAJOR-Pre-Registration.xlsx.
- Prepare the qualification materials.
- Submit the above documents and complete the PRE-REGISTRATION before
31 July 202530 September 2025.
7. Final Submission
- Steps for final submission:
- Make a copy of the proof of payment
- Prepare one team photo
- Prepare qualification material not yet submitted during pre-registration
- Submit the above documents and complete the FINAL-REGISTRATION (link to registration page) before
14 September 20258 0ctober 2025.
- Kindly note:
- Completing the final submission by 14 September will help you avoid the high registration fee.
- Registration confirmation will be issued to all participating teams upon successful completion of the registration process.
8. RCAP Influencer Award
- The RCAP Influencer Award (Link to Influencer Award Document) will be presented to the teams whose presentation videos receive the highest evaluation in their respective category on the RCAP Academy Official YouTube channel.
